1-Stablish, a None for profit fundation, overviewed by a council of experts in different fields related to transition strategies. The organization will have the responsibility to put together the basic tools for networking, eduacation, organization, trade and know how (technical-financial-legal) related to production of goods and services.

2-Setup the platforms for communication, education and know how.

3-Select first region for implementation.
